Cheerios

This morning, Eban went to the Denver Top Cop ceremony with me at 6:00am. He was a total champ...until the lady read the scenario of the situation in which the police officer got the award. She read the report and said something along the lines of "The bad guy looked at the cop and yelled, 'Screw You!'" Eban's head popped up (we were standing next to the lady at the podium) and he looked at her and started giggling. They were loud, audible giggles which the cop-filled room heard...AND my boss! Everyone started laughing and he made the morning quite bearable and then I had to answer "tough" questions about the amount of times Eban hears that kind of language at home. It was funny...and I hope I'm capturing the moment for you!

Then we headed over to work where there were Cheerios in the cabinet. He loved the Cheerios as this is the first time he had them. He also loved turning the other computer in my office off and on...Boy, is he into things!

Ryan accepted a job offer from Microsoft and will start at the end of June. This job is located in Boulder so the fact that we are moving to Thornton will help as it's a good mid-way point for both of us. He will fly to Redmond, Washington in the near future for new employee orientation. Very exciting!

That's it for now!
